What we collect

The waitlist form asks for your first name, email address, and role. You may also share an optional description of a work situation. The database adds a record ID and the date and time the entry was created, plus an internal submission flag set to 1.

Where it is stored

When you submit the form, the browser attempts to send the fields to a Cloudflare Pages Function. A successful submission of a new email address creates one record in the Judgment Signals waitlist database on Cloudflare D1. A later submission of the same email address is accepted but does not update that D1 record. If a request fails, D1 may not receive or store it.

The form also attempts to store a browser copy of the fields, a local timestamp, and delivery status so it can show your state when you return and let you retry an unconfirmed submission.

Why we use it

Judgment Signals LLC uses the information to receive and manage waitlist requests and to contact you about the founding cohort. The role and optional situation help us understand prospective participants and the work scenarios they want to practice.

How long it remains

The current D1 implementation has no fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule. The code sets no expiration for the browser copy; it can remain until site data is cleared or a submission with the same email address replaces that local entry.

Deletion requests

Clearing browser data removes the local copy only; it does not delete the D1 record. To request deletion of the D1 record, email hello@judgmentsignals.com from the email address you used to join the waitlist.
